PACE Engineering is an established, employee-owned firm with over 45 years of multi-disciplinary work — but its outdated branding didn't communicate that innovation. The old identity failed to reflect the quality of their engineering, making it harder to attract new talent and win clients who expected a firm at the top of its field.
